CNC Machine Center Programmer
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Description:
Perform CAD/CAM programming using ZW3D,SolidWorks.
Analyse the design and define the best sequence for machining steps.
To troubleshoot programs and tooling issues during the manufacturing process.
Strong knowledge in tooling selection and fixture design.
Makes improvements to set up times for a task and contouring of complex shapes.
Provide process sheet, optimizes and monitor the manufacturing process.
Improve machine cycle time.
Apply Laser Cutting Machine Technology to Enhance Precision Machining Process.
Design Tools, Jigs and Fixtures to Support Precision Machining and In Accordance to Machining Requirements.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in Precision Engineering preferred.
Knowledge of electronics and machine tools.
Experienced with Fanuc CNC control.
Min 3 years experience as CNC Machine Operator.
